Founded in 2006, Nantong Hanwei Machinery Manufacturing Company specializes in complete equipment and production lines for the fertilizer industry.
From individual machines to turnkey projects, we provide customized fertilizer production lines with annual capacities ranging from 10,000 to 300,000 tons.
NPK compound fertilizer, bio-organic fertilizer, organic-inorganic compound fertilizer, single superphosphate (SSP), BB fertilizer and water-soluble fertilizer production lines.
Rotary drum granulators, rotary dryers and coolers, coating drums, crushers, screening equipment and other supporting machinery.
We own a manufacturing facility that covers approximately 40000 m² and is equipped with around 80 sets of production and machining equipment.
Our CAD/CAM design and manufacturing center supports computer-controlled machining and the fabrication of large fertilizer processing equipment. Our manufacturing and quality control capabilities include:
- Production facilities include a Ø4.5 m × 20 m floor-type lathe, a 5 m vertical lathe, a Y31800 gear hobbing machine, a 60 mm plate rolling machine and a 5 m × 8 m automatic lifting submerged arc welding system.
- Quality inspection methods include X-ray testing, ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle inspection and chemical analysis of materials. We have also obtained ISO 9001 certification.
Our fertilizer equipment and production lines have been supplied to customers in Canada, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Myanmar, Laos, and Cambodia. Installation guidance, operator training, and after-sales support are available for both domestic and international projects.
We have specialized technical team that can travel to the project site for equipment installation, commissioning, and operator training, while customers may also send employees to our factory for hands-on instruction or arrange visits to fertilizer production plants to better understand the equipment and production process. Once the fertilizer equipment is in operation, remote technical support remains available, and our team responds to reported issues within 12 to 24 hours.
