Inorganic & Organic Fertilizer Production Line
Annual Capacity: Approx. 300,000 Tons
These fertilizer production lines process both organic and inorganic raw materials into organomineral fertilizer in a continuous, controlled system with an annual capacity of around 300,000 tons. Organic materials such as manure or crop residues are first made stable through fermentation. During the fermentation process, organic materials are processed under controlled conditions, using combined energy sources to support the reaction and reduce energy consumption. The entire fertilizer production line is controlled through a centralized electric control center, with a high level of automation that makes operation flexible and easy to manage. The batching and packing systems are both controlled by computer systems, which ensures accurate dosing and precise weighing.
