Single Superphosphate Fertilizer Production Line
Annual Capacity: Approx. 300,000 Tons
SSP fertilizer production lines manufacture single superphosphate from phosphate rock powder and sulfuric acid. They have an annual capacity of around 300,000 tons and are suitable for large-scale fertilizer production and can operate continuously, while their output can be adjusted according to each project requirement.
Phosphate rock powder and sulfuric acid are mixed in a conical mixer until the acid is evenly distributed through the powder and the reaction is complete. The blended phosphate rock powder and sulfuric acid then enters a belt-type curing unit equipped with a suction hood that collects the harmful gases released during curing and directs them to the gas-treatment equipment before the material moves to the cutting stage.
Once the material has hardened, a strip cutter breaks it into smaller pieces, and a roller cutter reduces the size again. The two cutting steps produce more even SSP particles for packing, transport and field application.
