Bulk Blending Fertilizer Production Line

BB fertilizer (bulk blend fertilizer) production lines are used to produce bulk blended fertilizers by physically mixing granular nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizers according to a specific formula. They are available with production capacities that range from 10,000 to 200,000 tons per year, which is suitable for both small and large-scale fertilizer blending operations. The process does not involve any chemical reaction, which makes it simple to adjust different nutrient ratios and suitable for soil-based fertilizer planning.

To produce BB fertilizer, different granulated fertilizer materials such as nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizers are first weighed by a computerized batching system according to the required formulation. After weighing, the materials are then fed into a drum or spiral mixing unit, where they are gently blended to achieve an even distribution while keeping each granule intact. After mixing, the blended fertilizer is discharged through a controlled outlet system for packaging.
