Water-Soluble Fertilizer Production Line
Water-soluble fertilizer production lines prepare fertilizers that can dissolve completely in water. The raw ingredients, including trace elements and primary nutrients, are measured according to the required formula, mixed evenly, and formed into a finished product. Water soluble fertilizers are mainly used in drip and sprinkler irrigation systems, where nutrients are carried with the irrigation water and applied directly to crops.
These fertilizer production lines start with a computer-controlled batching system that measures each raw ingredient according to the required formula. Then conveyors move the materials to the mixing and forming sections, followed by crushing, screening and coating. The finished fertilizer is then cooled, transferred to the packing area, weighed and packed automatically.
