Rotary Drum Screen
Rotary drum screen is widely used to separate fertilizer granules by particle size for the production of uniform finished products and efficiently remove oversized and undersized materials. It is an ideal choice for screening both semi-finished and finished compound fertilizers to maintain consistent product quality throughout the production process.
Fertilizer granules enter the rotating drum through the feed hopper, where continuous tumbling carries the material across screens with precisely sized openings. Particles are classified according to size as they move through the drum and oversized materials are discharged separately for further processing. Screen aperture sizes can be customized to match different fertilizer products and their size requirements. The enclosed screening system minimizes dust during operation for a cleaner working environment. An internal knocking device and external automatic cleaning system continuously remove material from the screen surface that results in high screening efficiency and reduces maintenance requirements.
