Hammer Roller Crusher

The hammer roller crusher combines hammer crushing and roller crushing in a single machine to deliver efficient size reduction for granular fertilizers and large raw materials. The dual crushing system simplifies material preparation, produces more uniform particles and improves the fertilizer processing efficiency.

The crusher features a high-speed hammer rotor and a slow-speed roller operating in opposite directions. After raw materials enter the crushing chamber, the rotating hammers break large lumps into smaller pieces. The material then passes across the roller for further crushing before being discharged. The crusher combines impact and compression in one process to produce consistent particle sizes of hard fertilizer materials such as ammonium phosphate, potassium nitrate fertilizers, and urea.

Features
  • High Crushing Efficiency

High-speed hammer impact works together with roller compression to achieve a crushing ratio of 10–25, with some materials reaching up to 50. Large raw materials can be reduced to the required particle size in a single pass, supporting high production capacity.

  • Uniform Finished Particles

The combined crushing action produces uniform, cubical particles with high mechanical strength and low needle-shaped content, meeting the particle size requirements of subsequent production processes.

  • Easy Maintenance

Modular wear parts, including hammers and liners, simplify replacement without removing the rotor. A hydraulic rear cover or inspection door provides quick access for routine inspection and maintenance, reducing production downtime.

  • Lower Energy Consumption

The crusher combines hammer impact, impact plate rebound, and particle-to-particle crushing to improve crushing efficiency while reducing energy consumption compared with conventional jaw or cone crushers.
