Vertical Fertilizer Crusher
The vertical fertilizer crusher is built for crushing oversized recycled materials generated during fertilizer production. It quickly reduces returned granules into uniform particles that can be fed back into the granulation system, focusing on improving material utilization and reducing production waste.
The crusher features a vertical single-rotor design driven by a high-speed main shaft. Dual-layer chains generate powerful impact forces to deliver fast, uniform crushing performance. Smooth rubber or 304 stainless steel liners resist material build-up caused by moisture absorption and keeps the crushing chamber clean for stable operation. Its compact vertical structure requires minimal installation space, while the gravity-fed design allows materials to move smoothly through the crushing chamber with minimal risk of blockage.
