Lump Breaker

The lump breaker quickly breaks hard, compacted fertilizer materials into smaller, free-flowing particles for downstream processing. It is widely used at the raw material preparation stage, during recycled material recovery, and before product classification to keep fertilizer production running smoothly and efficiently.

A vertical shaft and dual-chain drive system generate high-speed impact to break large material lumps into a consistent particle size. A built-in screening grid returns oversized material for further crushing, while qualified material passes through continuously. This recirculating process improves crushing efficiency and delivers more uniform particle sizing. The crusher is particularly effective when processing hard, sticky, or moisture-sensitive materials that are prone to caking and blockage. Wear-resistant rubber or 304 stainless steel liners reduce material adhesion inside the crushing chamber to minimize downtime caused by material build-up.
