Baghouse Dust Collector

Baghouse dust collectors remove fine, dry and non-fibrous dust from the air through rows of filter bags made from woven fabric or non-woven felt. During dust collection, larger and heavier particles fall into the hopper as the incoming air slows down, while finer dust remains on the outside of the bags and the cleaned air passes through the filter material before leaving the collector.

Large amounts of dust can be released during raw material crushing, screening and mixing, as well as during the packing of finished products. If it is not collected in time, the dust can spread through the workshop and build up inside production equipment, causing wear, blockages and operating problems. Baghouse dust collectors capture the dust before it spreads or builds up inside nearby equipment, keeping production areas cleaner and reducing wear, blockages and other operating problems in fertilizer plants and other bulk material facilities.
