Weigh Belt Feeder

Weigh belt feeders continuously measure bulk fertilizers and other loose materials without stopping the conveying process. The weighing system combines a weigh bridge, load cells, belt speed sensor and a controller. The weigh bridge measures how much material is on the belt, while the load cells and speed sensor send the weight and belt speed data to the controller. Then, the controller combines the weight and belt speed data to show the material flow in real time and adjust the belt so the required amount is fed into the production line.
