Urea Crusher

The urea crusher is the ideal choice for crushing urea granules and caked urea into fine powder for downstream fertilizer production. It handles industrial urea particles smaller than 4 mm and delivers a consistent discharge size without introducing impurities in the compound fertilizer production.

The crusher uses a two-stage cage structure to generate high-speed impact, shearing, and grinding forces. Urea particles pass through the inner and outer cage assemblies, where they are rapidly reduced into fine powder. The short material retention time minimizes heat generated during crushing, preventing urea from melting or forming secondary agglomerates while maintaining uniform particle size.

A screen-free design eliminates material blockage caused by moisture absorption and keeps production running smoothly, even when processing caked urea. The discharge size can be adjusted from 0.2 mm to 0.5 mm to meet different process requirements for both continuous production lines and batch processing applications.
